QUALITIES OF A FERTILE HEART

TEXT: "But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and by persevering produce a crop" (Luke 8:15)

Hallelujah! Fresh open doors are set before us already and our hearts are fertile, they are producing fruits in hundredfold in Jesus name. I want us to examine the qualities of a fertile heart today as we prepare to celebrate the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus.

1. A Good heart is kind and generous, it is compassionate, one who lifts others up and not tear down. It gives without expecting recognition. It loves deeply and believing. Such heart is pure. Any word that is planted in this kind of heart is bound to produce bountifully. My prayer this morning is that God will give us good hearts for the manifestation of our fresh open doors, in Jesus name. 

2. A fertile heart hears, reads, and study the word of God. Jesus in today's anchor scripture said the seed that fell on a good soil are those with noble and good heart, one who hears the word. If the word of God will benefit you, you must mind what you hear and read. Whether we know it or not, our life is pattern after who will listen to and the books we read. Beware of what you store in your heart. Not all messages from the pulpit is healthy for your spiritual life. If the soil is well manure, the seed will grow well, but if it's filled with non-biodegradable deposit like heresies, man-made beliefs, sure, the seed will not survive. 

3. A fertile heart retains the word. A fertile heart hears the word and retains it. Fertile hearts don't just hears but it also retains. To be able to retain, one needs to meditate. Beloved, let the word of God form your thought pattern everyday. Thoughts like: "He has set an open door before me that no man can shut. No door can be shut against me today... " Give no room for negativity if the word of God will benefit you. 

4. A fertile heart is known for its perseverance. To persevere means to hold on until there's a result. A fertile heart gives no room for discouragement or fear even if it doesn't see light at the end of the tunnel. Just like Moses did, I want you to stretch forth the rod of the word in you and your sea will part ways. 

PRAYER: Today, I speak the word of God to you - Your doors are opened. Business doors, career doors, marital doors are opened now, in Jesus name. Your womb is open, in Jesus name. You shall experience unprecedented open doors this month, in Jesus name. Jesus is appearing in that health situation right now, in Jesus name. Receive deliverance from that bondage now, in Jesus mighty name."

DAILY CONFESSION: This year 2022, I am more than conqueror by the Power of the Holy Spirit therefore I will continue to celebrate all through the year, hallelujah!
