TEXT: "And Elijah said unto her, Fear not; go and do as thou hast said: but make me thereof a little cake first, and bring it unto me, and after make for thee and for thy son" (1Kings 17:13)

I want to let you know today by the Spirit of God that it is our obedience to prophetic instructions that will settle our present situation. Many times, prophetic instructions may appear unconnected to the problem you are facing. The meaning is that God, through His servants can give you instructions that have no connection to your present problem. This is why many disregard prophetic instructions because, to them, they cannot connect their problems to the given instruction. When Jesus turned water to wine, the instruction He gave to the servants was not connected to the problem on ground (John 2). Jesus told them to fill the water pots with water and give the governor of the occasion when what they needed was wine and not water.

Sometimes, the instruction that has the capacity to solve problem may not look like a solution, it may not make sense at all. At such times, just obey. God cannot do for us more than we are willing to obey Him. Instructions always open doors for further instructions. So, beloved, your open doors will manifest the moment you respond in obedience to divine instructions. "Whatsoever He tells you, do it" was Mary's words to the servants (John 2:5).

Today's anchor scripture contains an instruction God is giving all MTD lovers to carry out for the manifestation of open doors this month. This widow had little provision left that she will eat with her son and wait for death. But Prophet Elijah showed up with his ridiculous instruction: "....Make for me first..." The Spirit of God is saying to you and I this morning to make for Him first. He is saying we need to give up something to God for our fresh open doors to manifest. Experiencing open door will definitely require sacrifice. Sacrifice in terms of your time, your money, your comfort, etc. We must let go of something and to let go we must know that nothing we let go for God and gospel's sake is ever wasted. It will force any door to open for us at a time of need.

God blessed Abraham in all things because, in obedience to God’s instruction, he offered his only son Isaac for a burnt offering. Abraham took his son, Isaac, to the place of sacrifice. Then he prepared the wood, bound the boy, placed him on the wood, and raised his knife to slaughter him when a voice called him from heaven and instructed him not to kill his son. Th truth is that before God, Abraham had already offered or killed Isaac. This obedience of Abraham made God bless him beyond measure (Gen 22:15-18).

Dear child of God, how many sacrifices have you given to God that you can point to? Consider the sacrifice God asked Abraham to make - never before or after did God ask for this ever again but only from Abraham. You cannot serve God without paying a sacrifice. Sacrifice is part of God’s ways.

Napoleon Hill said: "Great achievement is usually born out of sacrifice, and is never the result of selfishness." Are you willing to make that sacrifice that will force your door open? Contact our WhatsApp number above on what to do.

PRAYER: I pray for you today that whatever you have or will let go for God and His work shall this month return to you a thousand times and more in Jesus name.

DAILY CONFESSION: This year 2022, I am more than conqueror by the Power of the Holy Spirit therefore I will continue to celebrate all through the year, hallelujah!
