I welcome you again to our month of The Help of God. I want us to use today to meditate on the scriptures below:

1. "And he said, if the Lord do not help thee, whence shall I help thee ...?" (2Kings 6:27a)

2. "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish. Thou shalt seek them, and shalt not find them, even them that contended with thee: they that war against thee shall be as nothing, and as a thing of nought. For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee." (Isaiah 41:10-13)

3. "Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man." (Psalms 60:11)

4. "And he made in Jerusalem engines, invented by cunning men, to be on the towers and upon the bulwarks, to shoot arrows and great stones withal. And his name spread far abroad; for he was marvellously helped, till he was strong." (2Chro 26:15)

Looking at the above scriptures among others, we discover that man's greatness, victory and exploit in life is a function of God's help. Nothing is impossible for a man that is helped by God. God said to me to tell you this morning to, fear not, I (He) will help you.

PRAYER: Receive the help of God in all areas of endeavour, in Jesus name.
