TEXT: "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever" (John 14:16).
The greatest help we can receive from God is the Holy Spirit. He's our greatest and ever abiding Helper. The Holy Spirit helps us in all aspects of our lives; spirit, soul and body. He is described by our Master Jesus as our comforter, meaning, He is here to make life comfortable for everyone of us.
The Holy Spirit is our number one helper in fulfilling destiny. For instance:
(1) He helps us to get saved. The Bible say no one can say that Jesus is Lord, but by the Holy Ghost (1Cor 12:3).
(2) He helps us in prayer when we do not know what to pray (Rom 8:26-27).
(3) He reveals the mind of the Father to us (1Cor 2:10-11).
(4) He helps to build up our faith. Jude 1:20 says "But you, beloved, building up yourselves in your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit."
The Holy Spirit is a person that no Christian can do without. One that no other experience can substitute. He is the ever abiding power of God made available to the saints. The Holy Spirit helps to boost our faith by revealing the word of God and the mind of the Father to us which we need at avery challenge we face in life. He also enables us to do the word so as to commit God's integrity to bring His promises to pass and to live a victorious Christian life. God has destined you and I to set the pace for others to follow. Never mind the present challenges. There is a Helper that sticks closer than a brother. Come on! It's a new day for you!
PRAYER: That difficult task before you now shall be handled by the Holy Ghost this month and it shall come out as a testimony in your life, in Jesus name.
