TEXT: "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not" (Gal 6:6/9).
No matter how great our destinies are, we need the help of God to become what He has destined us to be. But how do we secure this help from God as we continue?
4. SOW A SEED OF HELP:
Life is about seed, time and harvest (Gen 8:22). When you reach out to others, the seed you sow will come back to you someday. Sometimes you can’t help yourself to solve some problems in life, but you can solve somebody else’s problem. That is the time to act to provoke your own help. Bishop David Oyedepo said that: “Every act is a seed.” There is no act that will not germinate and bear fruit. When you sow a seed of help to others in their time of needs, you're provoking your own help. Many times God doesn’t send the answers we're asking for when we pray, He sends a need our way, and in that need is the seed that holds our answers. The people God has placed in your heart hold the seed to your help. If you will reach out to them this week, your own help will be released.
More so, if you sow help as a seed, it will produce help as a fruit. If you sow wickedness as a seed, it will produce wickedness. It is impossible to sow help and not be helped. You want to enjoy God’s help? Help others. When Dorcas in the Bible died, it was the people she helped that stood by her till she was raised (Acts 9:39). If Dorcas helped nobody. Nobody would have cared about praying for her to come back to life.
Beloved, it is what you sow that you will reap. Sow help today! God bless you.
PRAYER: The supernatural help of God will intervene for you this week, in Jesus name.
