TEXT: "Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month...And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied..." (Joel 2:23-26)

All glory to God Almighty for making us to see the second week in 2022! It is a week that will announce the arrival of our celebrations, in Jesus name. One of the things that God would do in your and in my life this year 2022 that will brings celebrations is that He will strangely and fully restore us fully. When others are decreasing, you shall be increasing on every side. Hear me! The Lord shall restore your relationship, your business, your home, your spiritual fire, and every area of your life that needs restoration in Jesus name.

However, I want us to take note of the following steps throughout this year so as to rightly position ourselves for our restoration.

The steps are:

1. Follow God's instructions fully and carefully this year (1Sam 15:23). Get set because God shall be giving us His instructions daily via MTD. If you will obey these instructions, they shall lead you to a path of distinction.

2. Avoid the pitfalls of others. There were people that you may be aware of that ended their lives shamefully last year due to the lifestyle they lived. It is for you to learn from their mistakes and avoid them in your life.

3. Work for God where you are with what you have. Use what you have (Your talent, your gift and your resources) to serve God this year.

4. Pray fervently at all times (1Thes 5:17; James 5:16). I want you to imbibe the habit of praying without ceasing. Always talk with God wherever you find yourself this year.

Note: MTD annual 14days prayer and fasting starts today Monday 10th. PRAYER FOCUS: THANKSGIVING. We shall be thanking God for preserving and bringing us to year 2022.

PRAYER: The Lord shall restore all your wasted years this year 2022 and this shall culminate in diverse kinds of celebrations in your life, in Jesus name.

DAILY CONFESSION: This year 2022, I am more than conqueror by the Power of the Holy Spirit therefore I will continue to celebrate all through the year, hallelujah!
