GOD OF RESTORATION

(DAY 11 OF PRAYER AND FASTING)

TEXT: "And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you" (Joel 2:25).

This year 2022 God said it is our year of Multiple Celebrations. One of the things that will happen in our life to facilitate the fulfilment of this prophecy is Total Restoration (I told you this last week). The result of this restoration is that "...ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed."

I want you to know this morning that God does not joke with His word. He means what He says and says what He means. He has promised to restore us this year so we can celebrate. Every prophetic word is a sworn verdict, a done deal. His restoration will usher us into the realm of inexplainable satisfaction and celebration this year. He said "we will have plentiful and be completely satisfied" (Amp Bible). Be aware that God is in the midst of us! He will not allow you to see shame anymore. This is a profound truth that no one can claim. He said "I the Lord am your God and there is no one else."

See Him as your own Father who is ready to protect the image of His son/daughter (You). He will not watch you covered with shame and reproach anymore. He has promised to visit you with restoration that will lead to your celebrations. Have you lost your relationship, home, job, peace, dignity etc? The God of double portion will restore it to you in double fold this year in Jesus name. Isaiah 6:7 says: "For your shame you shall have double..." This means, for every shame you have suffered in the past, you are receiving double portion this year 2022, in Jesus name!

However, divine guidance is one of the greatest assets in the Kingdom and prayer and fasting facilitates that, which is the mystery behind our change of levels (Isaiah 58:6/11). The children of Israel enjoyed God’s leading all through their journey in the wilderness (Ps 105:11-15). Apostle Paul was also given to fasting as a lifestyle and he triumphed by divine guidance (2Cor 6:5). These are pointers that divine guidance is the secret to our celebrations this year.

As you know, one wrong step can wreck a whole destiny. This is because "There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death" (Prov 14:12). Divine guidance is a lifelong requirement for every child of God. This should be our focus today.

PRAYER: You will not miss your placement this year in Jesus name.

Note: Our focus for Day 11 is: Seek the face of God for His guidance this year.

DAILY CONFESSION: This year 2022, I am more than conqueror by the Power of the Holy Spirit therefore I will continue to celebrate all through the year, hallelujah!
