TEXT: "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness" (Isaiah 41:10).

Welcome back from our short break. The Lord who sustained you will show you mercy this week, in Jesus name. 

Every situation a man goes through will either promote or bring him down, depending on the way he handles such situation. Your attitude in any situation matters! The Bible says "There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it" (1 Cor 10:13).

In every situation you find yourself, always remember that:

(a) The situation is common to man. Yours is not new. Many have gone through such, even worse and are victorious.

(b) God is too faithful to fail. In that situation, He's faithful!

(c)  He will not allow you to be defeated. He will surely show up.

(d) He will make a way for your escape.

Don't consider giving up on God as an option. He will never leave you nor forsake you. He said: "Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee" (Deut 31:6). You may feel like you are going through the trouble all alone, but from the moment you accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, God's responsibility is to be by your side to the end (Matt 28:20).

Don't lose hope in God. He's at work in you and for you! You will get to your destination in Jesus name!!

PRAYER: You're coming out of that situation victoriously this week, in Jesus name.
