DON'T REPLACE GOD

TEXT: "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching" (Heb 10:25)

When heaven is closed against someone, unending hardship is the end result. My prayer for you, for me and for every lover of Morning Tea Devotional this month and always is that the heaven over us shall not be closed, in Jesus name. 

Take note of this point to keep your heaven open as we proceed with key number three:

(3) DON'T ALLOW YOUR JOB/BUSINESS TO EAT UP YOUR TIME FOR GOD.

God loves fellowshipping with His children. You were created to have fellowship with God. As a result of man's rebellion, that relationship was broken. But through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, man is once again given the opportunity to fellowship with God. You are born again to have fellowship with God. So, if anything tries to come in between that fellowship, God will resist it.

Apostle James said: "Come near to God, and he will come near to you..." (James 4:8). God wants you to succeed and prosper, but if the success is taking you away from Him and He waits for you to do something about it and you don't, He will allow the devil to attack you to get your attention. This is one of the major reasons Christians have problems. I pray again today that you shall not be a victim of this in Jesus name. 

If you want to keep what God has given you, keep your zeal for God. To see your heaven open and remain so, keep your relationship with God alive. Don't get carried away by openings and success. Don't allow your job to cut you off from fellowship. In fact, don't accept a job that will not give you time for God. You must do what you have to do to keep your fellowship with God intact, for God is a "Jealous God."

God wants your fellowship so seriously that He sacrificed his only begotten Son to get back into fellowship with you. It cost the life of many missionaries to get you into relationship with God. Don’t allow anything to take away personal Bible study and prayer from your daily routine. Don't let God take away what you have to keep your fellowship. Manage success well to make sure you have time for God.

PRAYER: I pray that nothing will replace God in your life, in Jesus name.

DAILY CONFESSION: This year 2022, I am more than conqueror by the Power of the Holy Spirit therefore I will continue to celebrate all through the year, hallelujah!
