TEXT: "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God" (Phil 4:6) 

I'll like to continue with thanksgiving as one of the covenant steps to answered prayers. The truth is, prayers are not considered complete by God if thanksgiving is lacking. Prayer must be accompanied with thanksgiving, else it is considered as noise before God.

Thanksgiving is what we must apply now because it is an act of appreciation to God in anticipation for our desired answers. Your thanksgiving gives wings for your prayer to fly to the throne of grace where you obtain help. You can pray amiss but you can never thank God amiss. Your prayer can be rejected by God especially when not in line with His will but your thanksgiving can never be rejected, rather it attracts God to move in your favour.

The promise of God for your life this year 2021 is still obtainable, not when you shed tears, shout, murmur or complain but when you do the will of God. The Bible says: "For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise" (Heb 10:36). The will of God to do to obtain the promise is thanksgiving. To validate this, the Bible says "In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you" (1Thes 5:18). Until you do His will (thanksgiving), you will not obtain the promise (answers). 

Thanksgiving empowers your prayer for results. What are you anticipating from God before the month or year is over? It will be delivered when you give God thanks. I admonish you to engage intense thanksgiving for what He has done for you in time past in anticipation for what He will still do and you will see your testimony lands on your laps like a dream of the night!

PRAYER: Thanksgiving shall not cease from your mouth, in Jesus name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS FOR THIS SEASON: You will end this year with strange favour that will culminate in strange resources, in Jesus name.
