TEXT: "If we have sown unto you spiritual things, is it a great thing if we shall reap your carnal things?"

Before I continue with thanksgiving and praise as one of the covenant steps to answered prayers, I will like to mention one important step today. I struggled within me whether to share this or not but the Holy Ghost prompted me to. He said there are company of people that before they pray God answers them. This is the category a woman in Shunem in the days of Elisha belonged to. She had a problem that money could not solve. She must have spent money to tackle this problem but to no avail. Perhaps, she had prayed too but answers were not in view. What was the problem? She had no child. But she did that which provoked her answers. Perhaps this secret could hold the answer to your situation this season.

Prophet Elisha regularly visited a small town called Shunem for the work of God. He usually depended on God who called him to feed and to house him. One day a woman approached her husband and proposed that they make him (Elisha) a room so that he can stay. She expanded her house to ensure that the man of God could dwell. She ensured that it was filled with everything that the man of God would need. This woman’s desire to have the man of God resident in her house put an end to the reproach of her life. The end to your own reproach has finally come!

Today's anchor scripture makes it clear that "If We (Pastors) have sown spiritual things to you, is it too much if we reap material things from you?" God planned it that you bless the man He sends your way with your material things. This brings awesome blessing into your life and destiny. (Read Phil 4:18-19)

There is always a sent man God sends to bless you. He toils for you day and night. When problems come, you ask him to pray for you. When the circumstances seem too difficult, you seek his advice and guidance. Today I want to ask you: When was the last time you blessed him with your resources? When was the last time you went on your knees and prayed for him? When was the last time you said, Pastor thank you for all you do for us, here is a small gift as token of appreciation? Some MTD partners are doing well on this.

Don't be left out. Don't be ignorant of loving and giving back to the man who has been anointed to feed you with the word of God. Do not become critical and stingy in blessing him. God wants to bless you through him. Honour him with the best so that God can honour you with His best. It is one of God’s method and standard to attend to our prayers. Take full advantage of this opportunity while you can. Don’t wait for tomorrow.

PRAYER: You shall celebrate your answers before the end of this year, in Jesus name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS FOR THIS SEASON: You will end this year with strange resources, in Jesus name.
