TEXT: "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God" (Phil 4:6)
I want to assure you that there shall be rain of Answers to prayers this week in the MTD Family and your own shall be listed among, in Jesus name.
But, have you been praying and are wandering why your prayers are not being answered? Honestly this can be depressing if one is not grounded in the word of God. If this is your case this morning, I will like to tell you that it's time you switch to thanksgiving for your change of story.
Thanksgiving should be your attitude of gratitude for what you believe He has done even though you are yet to receive the physical manifestation. If you are thankful before receiving, thanking Him after receiving only shows that your thankful action is not based on what you want from Him but an attitude of thanksgiving in all situations. When you know how to think deep, you will know how to give thanks.
People have prayed for things to the point they think that God does not answer prayers or God doesn’t want to answer them. The word of God says we should pray and conclude with thanksgiving (Phil 4:6). When you pray according to His will, He hears you. Since He hears you, you know that you have received the petitions that you asked of Him (1John 5:14-5). So, the next thing to do is to thank Him till you see the manifestation of what you asked for. So, I advise that you turn those prayer requests into thanksgiving. Instead of asking for those things again and again, start thanking God for them and you will be amazed how God will show up in that issue.
PRAYER: All your prayers that is in accordance to His will shall manifest suddenly, in Jesus name.
