Eccl 11:6 (NLT) "Plant your seed in the morning and keep busy all afternoon, for you don’t know if profit will come from one activity or another—or maybe both."
Season of rain is always a joyous season for farmers. This is because
this season determines harvest. Rainy season is a season to plant. It is a season that is more of planting than harvesting and only a wise farmer takes advantage that.
Every farmer knows that if he fails to sow, there would be nothing to harvest. This is also applicable to kingdom harvest. Season of rain is a sensitive season to sow your seed in preparation for a bumper harvest.
How you sow determines how you will harvest. Sowing precious seeds with weeping will certainly lead to bringing in the sheaves with rejoicing (Ps 126:5-6). The truth is that sowing is demanding, tasking, tiring and wearisome, yet it is unavoidable and untransferable process to harvesting.
If you dodge sowing you will miss harvest. Sow under the scorchy sun and very shortly you will have a cover over your head to hide and refresh. Sowing is one of the ways you can fill up your clouds for a downpour. I know quite number of us are already keying into this.
You can plant your seed by supporting the work of God in your local Church or to MTD, helping those in need, the less privileged, the hungry and caring for your parents. Jesus said in Luke 6:38 that if you give you will receive. "Your gift will return to you in full—pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back!”
PRAYER: Any seed you sow this season shall return as bumper harvest for you this month and beyond, in Jesus name.
