TEXT: "His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it" (John 2:5)
I welcome you to another week of Possibilities. What is impossible for you before now shall be made possible this week, in Jesus name.
If you can understand the concept of faith and how faith works, you will live the rest of your life in the realm of possibilities. When others say there is a casting down, you will be saying there is a lifting up. Faith is the backbone of Christianity. Faith was the secret behind the acts of the apostles. Beloved, I want you to understand that faith is not waiting for God to work; faith is putting God’s Word to work thereby committing Him to make good His promise in your life. When you put God’s Word to work, you commit Him to perform the impossible in your life.
We read from scriptures that after Jesus finished using Peter’s boat, He instructed him to cast his net into the deep for a draught. Meanwhile, Peter had toiled all night and caught nothing. Jesus was actually telling Peter to put his faith to work by that instruction. As Peter acted on Jesus’ instruction, the Bible says that he enclosed a great multitude of fishes that his net broke (Lk 5:4-6). Dear child of God, that impossible situation that is still staring at you is just waiting for you to act on divine instructions.
For your faith to produce the impossibility, actions must follow what you believe. The servants in today's anchor scripture carried out Jesus' instructions to prove their faith even when it was against human logic and we read that the impossible happened - the water was made wine! Have you been told that it is impossible for you to get married because of your age? Has the doctor told you that it is impossible for you to get out of that health crisis? Is your marriage and relationship falling apart despite your effort to make it work? God will turn that impossibility to possibility for you this month if only you believe and act out what you believe by acting on God given instructions.
PRAYER: Your impossibility shall become possible before the month is over in Jesus name!
DAILY CONFESSION: This year 2022, I am more than conqueror by the Power of the Holy Spirit therefore I shall continue to celebrate all through the year, hallelujah!
