TEXT: "And Elijah said unto all the  people, Come near unto me. And all the people came near unto him. And he repaired the  altar of the Lord that was  broken down" (1Kings 18:30)

Every impossible situation in our lives can change to possibility if only we agree to follow biblical principles. For literal fire to come down from heaven was humanly impossible but, with God, all things are possible. Following God Almighty who specializes in turning impossible situation to be possible automatically translates us into the realm of possibility. Nothing will be impossible to us when we follow God that turns impossibilities to possibilities. Fire came from heaven to consume Elijah's sacrifice because, as mentioned yesterday, he followed God. If we follow God wholeheartedly, what is impossible to man shall become possible to us.

2: REPAIR YOUR BROKEN ALTAR. In today's anchor scripture, the Bible says that Elijah repaired the altar of the Lord that was broken down. The reason why we don't see God doing the impossible in and through us today as much as in the days of Elijah is because the altar of the Lord in our heart has broken down. Before we can experience the impossible, there is need to repair the altar of God in our lives. The altar of God in our lives is the center of our attention and priorities. The implication is that we need to totally reconsecrate and recommit ourselves to God if we will operate in the realm of impossibility.

Broken altar in our lives is when we have outgrown God; when we don't take His instructions serious again. Broken altar in our lives is when other things are more important and urgent to us than God and the things of His kingdom. Broken altar in our lives is when passion for our businesses, careers or jobs is more than our passion for God and His house.

Jesus said: "If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple" (Lk 14:26).

What Jesus meant in the above text is not for you to hate your father, mother, wife or children but your love for them must not be more than your love for God. The love of God in our hearts must not be contended with by the love we have for our loved one or the things we do. Beloved child of God, what is that thing that is contending the place of God in your life? Deal with it today and now - not tomorrow or later if you will walk in realms of possibilities. You must have God-first mentality to see the impossible become possible.

PRAYER: Grace to consecrate yourself unto God for supernatural turnaround is coming on you today and now, in Jesus name!

DAILY CONFESSION: This year 2022, I am more than conqueror by the Power of the Holy Spirit therefore I shall continue to celebrate all through the year, hallelujah!
