PRAYER WITH THANKSGIVING

Phil 4:6 "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God." 

Prayers are considered incomplete by God without thanksgiving. Prayer and supplication must be offered with thanksgiving for it to gain God's attention. We need to engage in thanksgiving as we expect our answers. Your thanksgiving gives wings for your prayer to fly to the throne of grace where you obtain help. You can pray amiss but you cannot thank God amiss. Your prayer can be rejected by God especially when it is not in line with His will but not thanksgiving, it attracts Him to move in your favour.

The promises of God for you this year 2020 is still obtainable, not with tears, shout, murmuring or complaining but with thanksgiving which is the will of God. "For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise" (Heb 10:36). To validate this, the Bible says "In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you" (1Thes 5:18). Until you do His will (thanksgiving), you are not qualified to obtain the promise (your answer).

Thanksgiving empowers your prayer for results. What are you anticipating from God before the month or year is over? It can be delivered with your hearty thanksgiving. I encourage you to engage in intense thanksgiving in anticipation for what He's yet to do and you will see your testimony on your laps like a dream of the night!

PRAYER: Grace to engage the altar of thanksgiving is released, in Jesus name.
