John 15:7 "If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you."

I believe the reason behind people praying is to be heard and to receive answers. The beauty of any prayer is determined by its results. Praying without answers can be frustrating.

If this has been your experience before now, relax and ensure that you follow through the step by step teachings this month. Many, especially christians pray and don't receive answers to their prayers. Why? Because relevant steps are not taken. If you will see answers to your prayers, take note of the following:

(1) LOCATE RELEVANT SCRIPTURES. A lot of people pray but lack facts about the issues they are dealing with in prayer. God Himself said "Produce your cause, saith the Lord; bring forth your strong reasons, saith the King of Jacob" (Isaiah 41:21). You can stand in prayer but if your prayer lacks scriptural facts, it becomes an exercise in futility. Jesus says "If my word abides in you, only then shall you receive answers to what you ask." The word "If" implies that the promise of God to answer us when we pray is conditional. He says you can ask anything and it will be done provided His word on that issue abides in you.

David located 5 smooth stones to bring down Goliath. That smooth stone represents the word of God. You may not have to get 5 scriptures, the Bible says "in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word is established" (Matt 18:16). If you can locate two or three scriptures that guarantee your answers, digest them and take it to God in prayer. Don't stand in prayer without locating relevant scriptures that guarantee you answers!

PRAYER: There shall be waves of answers in your life today, in Jesus name.
