(PRAYER AND FASTING DAY 9 )
Isaiah 58:8 "Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the Lord shall be thy rereward."
Prayer and fasting is a spiritual exercise that I suggest should be a lifestyle for every believer.
It is used to disarm the works of the enemy in our life. Prayer and fasting is absolutely for our benefit. It does not benefit God. Unfortunately, like Esau, many have lost their destiny and sold their birthright because of food. That won't be you in Jesus name. What other gain can we find on the altar of prayer and fasting?
* Outbreak Of Revelation
When you pray and fast, the Holy Ghost reveals things to you and He shows you what you need to do to overcome any situation you are faced with. This revelation by the Holy Ghost is called light and when light comes, darkness disappears. Light transforms and drives away anything that is associated with darkness in our lives.
Prayer and Fasting causes our spirit to be sensitive. Too much of food is a hindrance to spiritual sensitivity. The more you're in love with food, the more your spiritual sensitivity is hindered. Light/revelation is the answer to darkness. New things happen by light. Light helps us to see things better. When light comes, solution has come.
PRAYER: I pray for you this morning, your solutions have just arrived, in Jesus name.
