As we begin our annual prayer and fasting today, it is important we know what we stand to gain so as to engage with all zeal and zest.
1: PRAYER AND FASTING IS ORDAINED FOR EMPOWERMENT:
We understand from scriptures that prayer and fasting, among others, is ordained for our empowerment into next levels. Power is required to move to the next level and prayer and fasting provides that.
For instance, after Jesus fasted for forty days and forty nights, the Bible records that "He returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about" (Luke 4:14).
Get set to be empowered with the Holy Ghost that will initiate your next level manifestation via this prayer and fasting.
BENEFIT OF EMPOWERMENT:
* When you are empowered, you will be able to obey God's instructions with ease. God knows your next level of results and where and how. It takes your unreserved obedience to get there (Gen 12), and this is what this fasting and prayer stands provide.
PRAYER: You shall have encounters that will transport you to your next level this season of fasting in Jesus name.
