THANKSGIVING PROVOKES TESTIMONIES

TEXT: "And Jesus took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and  the disciples to them that were set  down; and likewise of the fishes as much as they would" (John 6:11)

Welcome to another week of Open Testimonies. Your desired testimonies shall manifest this week, in Jesus name. We are beginning to receive testimonies from lovers of MTD that emanated from the just concluded 14 days Annual Fast. These testimonies shall be permanent and produce more testimonies in MTD Family and yours shall be enlisted, in Jesus name. 

However, according to today's anchor scripture, testimonies are not products of prayer and fasting alone, testimonies also emanate from genuine thanksgiving from the heart to God. This means, if you really want to experience testimonies this month and beyond, don't stop at praying and fasting, move unto giving genuine thanksgiving to God. If you don't know what else to do, thanksgiving is what next to do. It is a mystery that confers mastery on everyone that genuinely engages it.

Thanksgiving is a mystery because it takes spiritual understanding to do it. Many don't see any reason to be thankful to God. Hear me, if you are unthankful to God, your life will be empty of testimonies. I want you to take out time everyday from today to the end of the month to give quality thanks to God. Like me, I thank God in everything more thank I ask Him for something. Jesus faced an impossible situation in today's anchor scripture and the Bible says: "And  this he said to prove him: for he himself knew what he would do" (John 6:6). What Jesus knew to do to command the supernatural to happen in that situation is thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving is not what we give to God because we feel so, we give thanks to God because we owe Him. Until you give Him what is due to Him, He will not release to you what is due to you. Let's celebrate His faithfulness through thanksgiving this two weeks remaining and you will sing a new song before the end the month.

PRAYER: Reasons for thanksgiving shall not cease in your life, in Jesus name.

DAILY CONFESSION: This year 2022, I am more than conqueror by the Power of the Holy Spirit therefore I shall continue to celebrate all through the year, hallelujah!
