TEXT: "The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace" (Exo 14:14)

"And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, Stand Still, and see the  salvation of the Lord, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever" (vs 13).

Many people today are closer to their miracles but they will not get it because they allow their problems to overwhelm them that God is beyond their reach. Beloved child of God, when you are troubled within, when your mind is not settled over an issue of concern, you lose focus in God and the way out.

Jesus' word to His disciples was: "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me" (John 14:1). If you find yourself restless over the situation of your life, it is because you are ignorant of the fact that Jesus is in it with you. Hear me, your business, marriage, career, health or relationship will not crash because Jesus is with you no matter how unpleasant it is at the moment. Learn to be still in the storm. Always be calm in every situation. Your calmness and inner quietness is what makes you to hear the next instruction from God. You are confused and troubled over that issue of concern because you lack the way out which God is ready to show to you if only you are restful.

To stand still means to be calm, to relax in God, to be at rest or to have inner peace. When you are calm, God will show up in that situation. He said, "Be still and know that I am God" (Ps 46:10). "And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left (Isaiah 30:21). You will agree with me that it takes quietness to hear a word behind. When trouble is headed your way, always calm down. When the storms of life rise up against you, seek to be at peace. When troubles come your way, do you find yourself having sleepless nights, worrying about what may or may not happen? That will not solve the problem. Moses' advise to the children of Israel is stand still if they will see their miracle. While your storm is raging beloved, stand still and you will see God’s power at work for you!

PRAYER: I rebuke every spirit of anxiety in your life today. Peace that passes all understanding is yours now and always, in Jesus name!

DAILY CONFESSION: This year 2022, I am more than conqueror by the Power of the Holy Spirit therefore I shall continue to celebrate all through the year, hallelujah!
