GOD WILL COME THROUGH FOR YOU

TEXT: "Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the Lord of hosts." (Mal. 3:1)

Welcome once again to February 2022, a month of God's suddenlies. As declared yesterday, this month of February, God shall suddenly intercept the course of things in your life. I know that this new year is loaded with lots of good things that will trigger celebrations in your life and in my life. I have no doubt of the fact that God is about to step into issues of concern to us individually and glorify Himself. The Lord spoke to me last week that He is about to intervene/intercept suddenly in the lives of His people. I just know that some how, some way, God will suddenly come through for you. I want you to be confident of this!

When Jesus healed the man with the withered hand in Mark 3:1-6 (Pls read the story), He simply told the man that was afflicted to stretch out his hand. "And when he had looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other." Here's something I want you to pay attention to this morning: he had to stretch out his hand in faith, because even after Jesus spoke, his hand was still shriveled up. There was no visible change until he stretched it out.

The Hebrew word translated “withered” is xéros, which means dry. It is the same word for dry land. In the context of our study this morning, the meaning is that one of the members of this man's body is being deprived of its natural juices, leaving it shrunken, wasted and withered. For so long, there was no blood flowing to this man’s hand. It was dry and deprived of what it needed to thrive. But when he stretched out that hand in faith at the Lord's command, sudden restoration, sudden intervention and sudden miracle took place.

God showed up suddenly in that man's situation and turned everything around for him. He is going to do the same for you this month, even though it may not look like it right now. Wherever your dry place may be, God will restore it this month and it will happen suddenly. No matter how long you have been deprived of what you need, change is coming your way suddenly. You will see it with your eyes and your hand will handle the tangiblity of God's suddenlies this month, in Jesus name. 

PRAYER: You shall testify of God's suddenlies in your life and destiny this month, in Jesus name. 

DAILY CONFESSION: This year 2022, I am more than conqueror by the Power of the Holy Spirit therefore I will continue to celebrate all through the year, hallelujah!
