Lev 25:9 "Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the Jubilee to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land."

It will bring great comfort to you when you know the significance of this event in the Old Testament and the link it has with the ministry of Jesus in the New Testament. It was an important event that it was
mentioned fourteen times in the above chapter alone. It was an event designed by God for the liberation of all the children of Israel.

At every fiftieth year, on the tenth day of the seventh month, a proclamation is made and all the possessions that were forcefully taken from any man were restored to him. It was also designed to end slavery among the people. It was indeed a day of total restoration for all the people.

It is important to know too that this was the core of the ministry of Jesus on earth when He declared in Luke 4:18 "The Spirit of the LORD is upon me, He has anointed me to....set at liberty them that are bruised." He came to restore to man the dominion that was deceitfully taken from him. He came to abolish slavery and to restore man back to his dignity.

What has the devil stolen from you? Is it your joy, peace, health, financial and social dignity or marital fulfillment? Whatever it is, Jesus came to give it back to you (John 10:10). I declare to you this morning that your season of Jubilee has finally come. You shall enjoy total restoration from today in Jesus Name. The bible says when a thief is caught, he will pay back in seven fold (Pro 6:30-31).

PRAYER: The thief in your life is caught, begin to enjoy sevenfold restoration in your life in Jesus Name!
