Exodus 3:11 "And Moses said unto God, Who am I, that I should go unto Pharaoh, and that I should bring forth the children of Israel out of Egypt?"

I want to let you know that when God speaks, He speaks according to His size and not according to your size. He speaks according to His riches in glory and not according to your bank account. He speaks according to His ability and integrity. He doesn't depend on your skill or certificate to get His jobs done. All He needs from you is your obedience to His instructions.

When God appeared to Moses in the burning bush, He asked him to go to Pharaoh and bring the children of Israel out of Egypt (Ex 3:10) This was God speaking to him. That should have been enough for Moses to obey. His response however was,
“Who am I to do so?” (Ex 3:11). Moses was worried that he would not be able to accomplish this task because, according to him, he was handicapped. He was measuring the assignment on the bases of his ability and personality.

How is this true about many of us today! Looking at Exodus 3:14-21, God told him how he will overcome. Still Moses was doubtful and anxious about it all and said, “But behold, they will not believe me or listen to my voice” (Ex 4:1). After all the signs and more explanations from God, Moses spoke his most anxious reply to God, “Oh, my Lord, please send someone else.” (Ex 4:13).

You see, Moses was focusing on himself, instead of focusing on God. This is why he was so anxious and worried. Beloved, anytime you focus on yourself, you lose sight of God and anxiety is inevitable. If God says it, rely on Him because it is as good as done!

PRAYER: Be free from worry,, anxiety, and doubt today in Jesus name.
