1Kings 3:3 "And Solomon loved the Lord, walking in the statutes of David his father: only he sacrificed and burnt incense in high places."

A wise man said "The secrets of great men are in their stories." Every great man has great secrets. The amount of secrets you have determines your
worth in life. God revealed to us yesterday from His word the story of Solomon, a man that had unpleasant background but rose to be the beloved of his people. He became a man that could not be ignored due to the level of his wisdom and wealth. Your background cannot hold you down if you trade the secret Solomon traded.

Solomon traded some secrets that turned him to an enviable entity. One of the secrets he traded was:

 * HIS LOVE FOR GOD

The bible says "And Solomon loved the Lord..." The love of God in your heart qualifies you to have an enviable destiny in life. The greater your love for God, the more glorious your destiny becomes. Solomon found it and it paved way for him. If you must make impact in life, your love for God is the key. No genuine lover of God that will not be loved by men. He loved God and he was loved by his people.

How do you prove your love? Your love for God is measured on the platform of your given. God so loved and He gave His only son (John 3:16) There is nothing you can't give to God if you love Him. Giving on this note cuts across all areas of your life: your time, talent, substance, etc. If you are always thinking on how to use your time, money, materials, talent, to serve God's purpose on earth, I bet you; the sky can only be your beginning! Think on what the Holy Ghost is saying. Let the love of God rule your heart!

PRAYER: Receive the baptism of the spirit of love in Jesus name.
