Acts 6:4 "But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word."
I want you to understand with me this morning that the power of the Holy Spirit is our entitlement as children of God. There is a deposit of this power in us at salvation. This means, we cannot
experience power without genuine salvation. Beloved, if you're empowered, you cannot be molested by the devil. You cannot carry the power of God on your inside and not make impact. Power is the answer to all forms of molestations and the secret to a life of impact.
How do you manifest this power? Be aware that the power within you can only manifest as you stir it up in prayer. That is, it takes a heart-felt prayer to release the power within. Until Zion (you) travails, she (you) cannot bring forth. The Bible says: "...for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children" (Is 66:8b). Apostles said: "...It is not reason that we should leave the word of God, and serve tables...But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word" (Acts 6:2-4).
Prayer is a strong force that releases the power of God. If you cannot not travail in prayer, then, you cannot prevail in power!
PRAYER: I pray for the release of the spirit of grace and supplication in your life to the point of power in Jesus name.
1 YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN:
