TEXT: "When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat?" (John 6:5)

Yesterday we started with the story of the feeding of five thousand men with just five loaves and two fishes. It was indeed a miracle and it is incomprehensible - feeding five thousand men with five loaves of bread and two fishes? Trying to explain how Jesus did it will be fruitless and that is why it is a miracle after all. Any time a miracle can be explained, it ceases to be a miracle. However there are principles that I want us to learn from this story which if applied and followed will help us to experience supernatural multiplication.

Let's consider one of these principles today:

First, we discover that Jesus' desire for multiplication was not self-centred but people-centred. The Bible says: "But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted..." (Matt 9:36). 

Beloved, for supernatural multiplication to happen in your life, your motive for it must be right. What is your motive behind your desire to see multiplication this month? Is it that the people around you and the work of God can benefit from it or just to emerse wealth and fame for yourself? If your motive is self-centered, I'm afraid, you cannot taste the miracle of multiplication. Multiplication comes when your desire is to see the work of God and humanity benefit from your blessing. And God who sees the heart already knows your motive behind your desire for multiplied resources. Correct your motive today and God will daze you with multiple leaps this month, in Jesus name!

PRAYER: I'm seeing God raising you a blessing to many generations from this month, in Jesus name!

TODAY'S PRAYER FOCUS: 

1. Pray that every promise of God concerning your life and destiny for 2022 be made manifest, in Jesus name. 

2. Pray that every vision, dreams and aspiration that is in line with the will of God be made manifest before the month is over. 

3. Pray for downpour of financial rain in your life, in Jesus name. 

DAILY CONFESSION: This year 2022, I am more than conqueror by the Power of the Holy Spirit therefore I shall continue to celebrate all through the year, hallelujah!
