TEXT: "Say to God, “How awesome are Your works! Through the greatness of Your power Your enemies shall submit themselves to You" (Psalm 66:3)

I want to start by saying that there are areas in our lives where we are not possessing all that God has for us, and we may not even realize it. We have been blessed with all spiritual blessings in the heavenly places (Eph 1:3). But the same Word also tells us that in the same heavenly places, there is spiritual warfare going on so as to hinder us from possessing all our blessings (Eph 6:12). 

However, the power of the Holy spirit is given to us to deal with all powers of darkness on our paths to possessing our blessings. Whatever is not right in any area of your life is the work of the devil and it's as a result of the battle that's going on in the heavenlies. Power is not an option if we must triumph. Jesus said: "I give unto you Power to tread on serpent and scorpion, and nothing will be able to harm you" (Lk 10:19).

Power is given to us to live triumphantly in the midst of battles. To be powerless is to be defeated. We live as sheep among wolves. The devil is looking for who to devour day and night (1Pet 5:8). But the good news is, he will not get you. The only way we can rule in the midst of our enemies is through the greatness of His power, not through our grammar, connection or money. We need power to fulfill our dreams and visions for by strength shall no man prevail (1Sam 2:9). We need to be empowered to accomplish our purpose on earth.

PRAYER: I pray for you today that the Power of the Highest shall overshadow you today and put your enemy behind you permanently, in Jesus name.
