TEXT: "Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit" (Matt 7:17).

I want to start by saying that fruitfulness is a product of who we are and not a product of what we do. What we are is what determines the fruit we bear and not what we do. Many people today concentrate on what to do to be fruitful without minding who they are. But according to today's anchor scripture, your fruits are products of who you are. If you are good, you will bear good fruits and if you're evil you will bear bad fruits.

Beloved, I've found out that good fruits are proofs that the Spirit of God lives in one and evil fruits are proofs that evil spirit is operating in one's life. The fruit you bear determines the source of it - God or devil. I pray that your fruits henceforth shall be proofs of God's faithfulness, in Jesus name.

Very importantly too is the fact that the soil on which a tree is planted determines to a large extent what fruits it bears. If the soil is fertile, it will bring forth healthy and good fruits. The implication of this is that your environment determines your fruitfulness and the association you keep is what describes your environment. So, to ensure healthy and good fruits that will abide, beware of the association you keep. He that walks with the wise ones shall be wise but a companion of fools shall be destroyed (Prov 13:20). If you will be fruitful, you need to associate yourself with men and women that are fruitful.

PRAYER: You're delivered from wrong association today, in Jesus name.
