Psalms 78:10-11 "They kept not the covenant of God, and refused to walk in his law; And forgat his works, and his wonders that he had shewed them."
If you can understand how potent thanksgiving is, it will help you to engage it willingly and excitedly. Thanksgiving is the power that connects you with the supernatural. Jesus gave thanks and the food supernaturally multiplied. He gave thanks and the dead Lazarus came back to life (John 6:6-11; 11:41-44). Beloved, the fastest way to be disconnected from the supernatural is to be ungrateful.
What you have is greater than what you don't have. If you have God, you have everything. But if you have everything without God, you have nothing. What connects you to God is not the number of hours you spend praying to Him but the quality of your thankful heart towards Him. This season, let your thanksgiving be more than your prayers.
You can't be a good thanksgiver when you occupy your heart with what God is yet to do for you. Get preoccupied with what God did in your life and not what He is yet to do. When you forget the works of God in your life, you remove His Hands from working further. Thank Him for the blessings that His word guarantees this season. His word concerning your situation is forever settled in heaven. If you believe, you will be thankful and if you're thankful, the balance of blessings for 2020 will be released supernaturally!
PRAYER: I decree the release of your hanging blessing now in Jesus Name!
