3John 2 "Beloved, I wish  above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul  prospereth."

As we are approaching the end of the month, I will like to bring your attention to a word in today's text. This word is: "As your soul prospers." The meaning is, health of the mind has a lot to do with health of the body. I will explain.

Many people are sick today because their mind is sick. They are full of anxiety due to situations of things. There are loads that are just too heavy for them to carry and this is affecting their health. If you must live healthy, beloved, you must not allow situations to weigh you down. Your mind must be at rest. That is what prosperity of soul connotes.

But very importantly too is the fact that the key to rest of mind is to rest in the Word. Rest of mind proceeds from rest in the Word. If you will access absolute rest in your mind, the kind that is not situation-driven, then rest absolutely on the Word.

The Bible says: "…And the people rested upon the words of Hezekiah king of Judah" (2Chr 32:8).

God’s Word has been tested and proven, those who rest upon it cannot be shaken. Men are troubled over the cares of this world because they haven’t found the Word to rest upon. Rest upon the Word and you shall find rest in your world, divine health inclusive.

PRAYER: Every spirit of anxiety affecting your health is cast out today, in Jesus name.
