UNDERSTANDING THE CAUSES OF DELAY

There are different things in this world and the spiritual world that are the causes of delays in our lives. If we can understand the causes of delays in our lives then we will be better equipped to handle them. That's my focus today.

You need to ask yourself questions like "Who causes these delays in my life?" Looking at the scriptures, we discover various factors that are responsible for delays. These factors includes:

1: DEMONIC ACTIVITIES.

Demonic activities can cause someone's delays in life. Daniel 10:13 says: "But the prince of  the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days..." The New Living Translation puts it this way: "But for twenty-one days the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia blocked my way."

Daniel's answer was blocked by the activity of demonic forces. For twenty-one days these powers of darkness that rule the kingdom of Persia blocked his answers. This could be your case. But I prophesy today, every delay caused by demonic forces in your life and destiny is lifted today, in Jesus name.

One important aspect of Daniel's story that I want you to see with me is the fact that the delay or blockage of his answers was only temporary! The B part of the verse says: "Then Michael, one of the top officers of the heavenly army, came to help me, so that I was able to break through these spirit rulers of Persia." The implication of this is, God's plan will always come to pass come what may. It is your turn.

PRAYER: The demonic delay in your life is overruled today, in Jesus name.
