PRINCIPLES OF MULTIPLICATION

TEXT: "When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat?" (John 6:5)

Welcome to the new week of multiplied favour in Jesus name. The story of the feeding of five thousand men that we started on Friday is indeed a miracle and it is incomprehensible. If a miracle in your life can be explained is not a miracle in the first place. So, trying to explain how Jesus did this miracle will be fruitless. However there are principles that I see from this story which if we apply and follow them, they will help us to experience supernatural multiplication.

There are Godly principles hidden in this story that if we put them to work, they will position us for supernatural multiplication. Let's consider one of these principles today.

First, we discover that Jesus' desire for multiplication was not self-centred but people-centred. The Bible says: "But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted..." (Matt 9:36). Motive is a force that provokes God into action. 

Beloved child of God, what is your motive behind your desire for multiplication this month? Is it that the people around you can benefit from it or just for the purpose of gathering wealth for yourself? If your motive is self-centered, I'm afraid, you cannot taste the supernatural multiplication reserved for us this month. Correct your motive today and God will daze you with supernatural multiplication that defies explanation!

PRAYER: I decree that today and always you shall be a blessing to many generations in Jesus name!
