TEXT: "And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed..." (Matt 14:19).
From the story of the feeding of five thousand men, we discover that for anything to multiply, it must first be blessed by God. Today's anchor scripture revealed that Jesus took the five loaves of bread and two fishes from them and blessed. The Bible also says, "and God blessed them and God said unto them, be fruitful and multiply..." (Gen 1:28).
The implication of the above is that in this month of Supernatural Multiplication and beyond, ensure you commit your time, your talent and your resources into God's Hand for His seal of blessing. It is important because no effort from man no matter how hard he tries can guarantee supernatural multiplication, only the blessing of the Lord does. Man's effort always has limit. I admonish you this morning to commit your life, your money, your business, and your career to God for His seal of blessing which will in turn results in supernatural multiplication.
To be more specific however, let me narrow this down to financial multiplication today. The most proven covenant way our money receives God's blessing is by giving our offerings according to what we have, our tithes, (Though some don't agree with the subject of tithe, but the impact cannot be denied) and our seeds of faith to God, to the needy and to our parents. These are covenant platforms that guarantee supernatural increase of our resources. Jesus, the One who receives them is the only One who has the power to bless it for multiplication!
PRAYER: I pray for the release of the giving grace upon everyone of us today for continuous flow of supernatural increase in Jesus name!
