Job 42:10 "And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the Lord gave Job twice as much as l he had before."


I want to make this point clear that testimony is not for those who are selfish. This set of people believe they have too many needs that they have no time left to pray for others in need. Beloved, the reason why some issues won't go is because you are too preoccupied with them.

If you are going to see your testimony this month the way Job did, then, start to intercede for other people, especially the people you know that are facing some difficult challenges in life. Job prayed for his friends and his captivity turned. Don't be preoccupied with your needs and forget to pray for others. Create time daily to intercede for the needs of others, do it genuinely and watch God turn your captivity around like Job. Look around you, and pick people who are going through challenges and stand in the gap for them today.

Prayer and fasting on the other hand, is a platform that guarantees supernatural strength. When you fast, you are strengthened in your inner man to face any battle in life. Fasting period should make a weak Christian to become a strong one. This is the time when you no longer struggle to pray, study the Bible or to worship God. Fasting imparts strength; it builds your spiritual muscles like the eagle that waits once a year to build strength.

PRAYER: I declare that at the end of this fast, you shall be turned into a spiritual giant in Jesus name!

1: Stand in gap for those who are going through difficult situation right now.
2: Let's pray for greater impact of Morning Tea Devotional around the world.
3: Pray for any other needs.
