1Sam 17:37 "David said moreover, The Lord that delivered me out of the paw of the lion, and out of the paw of the bear, he will deliver me out of the hand of this Philistine..."
If you want to gain victory over any obstacle in life, "Perceive your situations differently, Engage the battle with your tools and:
3: LOOK AT PAST VICTORIES
David was able to trust the Lord because the Lord had given him victories in the past. David knew that he could fight Goliath even though he had never faced a giant in the past. David used the past victories to gain confidence that God would continue to work in and through him.
You may be facing some great obstacles in your life right now, but what have you seen God accomplish through you in the past? Don’t you think He is able to work in greater ways now? Allow those past victories to encourage you to attempt greater things for the Lord. Gaining new ground in your spiritual life may not be what you need right now. Maybe you just need to get back to where you once were in your relationship with God. Get back there by being inspired by God’s faithfulness to you in the past. Then boldly step forward into new victories God wants to give you.
4: PUT YOUR FAITH IN ACTION.
David, instead of running in the opposite direction from his obstacle, he ran towards it. He did not just talk good about how he was going to defeat Goliath. His faith showed through his actions.
Beloved, it is time to put your faith in action. It is time to stop talking about what you dream of doing and develop a plan and execute it. Victory comes when you take your eyes off your obstacles, fix them on God’s vision for your life and move in faith.
PRAYER: From today, the Lord is launching you to realms of unending victory in Jesus name.
