Acts 1:14 "These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren."
Continuity is the secret behind sudden appearance of Jehovah God on any matter.
The Bibles says those who endure to the end shall be saved (Matt 24:13). Those who give up due to the pressure in life only end up forfeiting the pleasures in God. It is written "...at His right Hand there are pleasures forever more" (Ps 16:11).
The disciples in the upper room refused to give up on the ninth day. They patiently waited for the fulfillment of the promise of God till the tenth day. Your appointed day is here. Never give in to suggestions of the devil. God's Able. Patiently wait for the fulfillment of His promises for your life.
Patience is not the ability to wait but ability to put up the right attitudes while waiting. What you do while waiting determines your patience or lack of it. This is what forms your attitude. Attitude is the way you think, act or behave in a particular situation. So, the disciples put up the attitude of praying while waiting.
Prayer is an essential key to receiving anything from God. They were not wailing, weeping murmuring or complaining. They were praying. The reason why things are so complicated for some people is because they are always complaining at the slightest delay in their lives instead of praying. It is not all prayers that are answerable. Some prayers are noisy to God. The only prayer that God cannot but answer is the prayer made in line with His word.
PRAYER: Whatever you call in prayer today will answer to you in Jesus name.
