Luke 5:5 "And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net."
The reason some people are getting results and others are not is that some are taking steps while others are doing nothing. It is only what you make happen that happens. If you do nothing, you get nothing!
To change levels in life, especially this month, you must
be ready to hearken and to do His commandments (Deut 28:1). Mary told the servants: "Whatsoever he tells you, do it" (John 2:5). Peter said: "Nevertheless, I thy word, I will let down the net." Some believers are good in the hearing but poor in the doing. "But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves" (James 1:22). As Almighty as God is, if you don't do what He says, He cannot do anything for you.
For instance, if you feel big to repent, how will God save you? It is true that God is Omnipotent, but He will not permit Himself to save you, until you humble yourself before Him and repent. Obedience was the stronghold of Abraham’s faith and the backbone of his change of levels.
He used obedience to commit God to his lifting. When God told him to leave his father’s house at the age of 75 to an unknown place, he obeyed without excuses (Gen 12:1-4). Because of his obedience, God blessed him and his level changed (Gen 13:1-2). Nothing pleases God like obedience of faith. It compels divine intervention and manifestation any time any day.
From scriptures we understand that obedience to prophetic instructions can procure abundance. Remember how by obedience the widow of Zarephath enjoyed abundance (IKings 17). The truth is, when your obedience is absolute, God is committed to making sure your levels change.
PRAYER: Receive grace for total and delightsome obedience for your change of levels in Jesus name.
