Job 22:28 "Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee..."

God gave us mouth not only to eat but also to use it wisely to effect positive change we desire. The Bible says: "Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few (Eccl 5:2).


God have me to tell you today that the change of levels you long for answers to your decree. That you have degree(s) is not a substitute for your decree in this kingdom. Having a good certificate is not enough to certify your change of levels without following the laid down principles in God's word.

To decree is to place an order authoritatively. Until you place an order for your change of levels boldly and fervently, it will drag. There's authority in your mouth to command that change of levels. The degree of the damage done by the devil in your life is as a result of your lack of decree that you should have made. No more! Decree your change of levels now.

Beloved, the devil won't easily let go of your change of levels and you too must not give up so easily. The Bible says you should resist him and he flee from you (Jam 4:7). A lot are decreasing daily with their degrees because they fail to decree their solution. Don't fall into that category. The Bible also says "YOU" shall decree a thing, and it shall be settled for you. What is that long-awaited testimonies in your life? Start to place a demand for them boldly knowing who you are and what you carry.

PRAYER: That desire shall turn to you as testimonies before the end of this month in Jesus Name.
