1 Sam 1:10 "And she was in bitterness of soul, and prayed unto the LORD, and wept sore."

Today we are going to continue with the story of Hannah. The Bible says she was in bitterness, she  prayed unto God and wept sore. There's something the Holy Ghost dropped in my spirit as a lesson from today's verse that I want to show you.
Everything written in scriptures is for our learning.

Listen to this; your action after praying for a thing determines the outcome of your prayers. You cannot be in bitterness and expect things to get better. She prayed but after prayer what did she do? "She wept sore." Many are terribly weeping over their situation today. Beloved, weeping is not the best approach to your challenges. OK, since you've been weeping, what has come out of it? Hannah got her miracle because she changed her countenance and not because she wept sore.

Weeping is a proof of unbelief. You become a cheap ride for the devil when you weep over that challenge. You give the devil an opportunity to whip you when you weep in doubt. Jesus met a woman and said to her weep not. "And when the Lord saw her, he had compassion on her, and said unto her, Weep not" (Lk 7:13). Weeping is a prove of lack of faith in God.

I want you to know also that when you weep concerning that situation, it is a proof that you're yet to open the book (Bible). "And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon" (Rev. 5:4). Stop weeping and start searching for the way out from scriptures. The lamb of God has opened the book and break the seal already. "And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof" (Rev 5:5).

It is in the opening of the Bible that your eyes are opened. Stop to weep and start to wield the power at your disposal via diligent search of the scriptures. Stop weeping and start searching the way out from scriptures.

PRAYER: Today the way out, the way up and the way forward shall be revealed to you in Jesus name.
