CONTINUE IN PRAYER

TEXT: "These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren" (Acts 1:14)

Continuity in serving God and humanity is the secret to continous turnaround. The Bibles says that those who endure to the end shall be saved (Matt 24:13). Those who give up due to pressure in life end up forfeiting the blessing of God for them. Don't give up on God!

The disciples in the upper room refused to give up, not even on the nineth day, they patiently waited for the fulfillment of the promise of God that came on the tenth day. Your appointed day is here. Don't give in to suggestions from the devil to seek solution somewhere else. Patiently wait for the fulfillment of God's promises for you for the year. Remember, patience is not the ability to wait but the ability to put up the right attitudes while waiting. What you do while waiting determines your patience or lack of it and this forms your attitude. Attitude is the way you think, act or behave in a particular situation. The disciples put up the attitude of praying while waiting for the promise. You should do the same. Continue in prayer.

Prayer is an essential key to receiving anything from God. The disciple were not wailing, weeping, murmuring or complaining rather, they were praying. The reason why things are complicated for some people is because they complain at the slightest delay instead of praying! Don't complain, keep praying.

Very importantly too is the fact that not all prayers God answers. The only prayer that God cannot deny answers is the prayer of His own sons and daughters that is according to His word. Salvation enlists you as His son/daughter. If you are not saved, you can't get God's attention, you need to repent and turn to God now. If you are already His son/daughter, take His word back to Him now in prayers and stop complaining. 

PRAYER: You shall not be disappointed, in Jesus name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION: This shall be a season of celebration for you, in Jesus name.
