TEXT: "Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus" (Phil 3:13-14)

All glory to God who by His Spirit feeds us with His word all through this month, our month of The Lord's Release. As we bring the topic of The Lord's Release to an end today, bear in mind that if you will enjoy God's best for your life or if you will enjoy His release now and always, you must release yourself or better still, free yourself of your past. Free yourself of the past and its memory. Past is past and there's nothing you can do about it. But there's a lot you can do now about your future if your past will not repeat itself in your future. The greatest enemy of your future is the memory of your past.

In today's anchor scripture, Apostle Paul said "This one thing I do, forgetting the past and reaching forth onto those things which are ahead." (Phil 3:13). Permit me to say that the memory of your past successes, failures, achievements only robs you of the glory of your future. Wake up every morning with the determination to do something that will contribute to your future and don't choke yourself up with the past. Remember you don't have the eternity to live here on earth. Make each day count if your life will count.

Beloved, a4rise today and be the best you can be. You are a star in the making. I rejoice with you. Happy new month in advance! Don't forget to thank God for this month if indeed you have been blessed.

PRAYER: You shall fulfil destiny, in Jesus name.
