Job understood this secret and his restoration was confirmed. It was love that moved him to pray for his three friends who were blaming rather than encouraging him. Love cannot fail beloved.

TEXT: "And the king said, Is there not yet any of the house of Saul, that I may shew the kindness of God unto him? And Ziba said unto the king, Jonathan hath yet a son, which is lame on his feet" (2Sam 9:3)

What happen to Mephibosheth in today's anchor scripture can also be found in many lives today. Saul and Jonathan died in one day leaving their son who could not walk to the extend that he was no longer in his father’s house. It is a sad story to hear that a son of a former king is experiencing such a bitter situation.
