Gen 19: 12-13 "And the men said unto Lot, Hast thou here any besides? son in law, and thy sons, and thy daughters, and whatsoever thou hast in the city, bring them out of this place: For we will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the Lord; and the Lord hath sent us to destroy it."

There are two kinds of encounter. The first is when someone meets with God and the second is when God Himself comes to visit. The second offers
greater benefits because, when God visits one he/she cannot be the same. Usually, such visits are supernatural in nature and are attracted during critical periods as in the case of Lot in today's text.

In Gen. 18, God visited Abraham when the hope of becoming a father was lost. After 25 years of waiting, God’s promise to him looked like a fairy tale. Are God's promises for you seem like a fairy tale? The good news is, the Lord has not forgotten them. He will visit you this month and every pending promise He has made will be fulfilled in Jesus name.

When God visits someone, lost hope is restored. Have you lost hope of making it in life? Have you lost hope of finding a marriage partner or finding a good job? Your hope is restored now in Jesus Name.

In today's text, destruction was imminent on the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah. Their residents were about to be roasted alive by the fire that no national fire service could put out. Just before the fiery judgement, Lot had visitors from the Heavenly and his immediate family were rescued. His destruction was turned into a testimony! Every destruction plots against you shall become a testimony this month in Jesus name!

PRAYER: This month shall be full of various encounters that will establish your testimony in Jesus name!
