2 Chro 1:7 "In that night did God appear unto Solomon, and said unto him, Ask what I shall give thee."
I want you to know that divine visitation always leaves the visited with proofs.
What I mean is, you can't have
supernatural encounters with God without proofs. So, I want us to study the life of King Solomon and how God's visitation turned his life around. The following will happen in your life when you are visited:
1: YOU WILL HEAR HIS VOICE:
The first phrase in today's text is: "...God appeared unto Solomon, AND SAID UNTO HIM..." (2 Chro 1:7). Beloved, the voice of God is what you need in life. It terminates struggles and frustration. His voice is given basically to give direction. Until you are divinely directed, you will not stop struggling. One day of right direction will end 10years of labour in the wrong direction. Check the story of Peter in Luke 5 for better understanding.
2: BLANK CHECK:
The voice of God that came to him said: "...ask what I shall give thee." (2 Chro 1:7) Beloved, there's no limit to what He will do if only you ask. When He visits you, He comes so that you can tell Him what He would do. At this point, you must know that there's nothing too big or too small to ask from Him. Today ask Him what you desire (Mk 11:23-24).
3: SUPERNATURAL ADDITION:
God said to him: "Wisdom and knowledge is granted unto thee; and I will give thee riches, and wealth, and honour, such as none of the kings have had that have been before thee..." (2 Chr 1:12). Solomon never asked for riches, wealth or honour, yet God added them to him. He never asked for the death of his enemies but he had rest all through his reign as a king.
To be continued.
PRAYER: It is your turn to be visited in Jesus name!
