TEXT: "Then the mariners were afraid, and cried every man unto his god, and cast forth the wares that were in the ship into the sea, to lighten it of them. But Jonah was gone down into the sides of the ship; and he lay, and was fast asleep" (Jonah 1:5)

This morning, I still want to shed more light on how association can determine the outcome of one's life. It is important because one wrong association can wreck any destiny. No matter what you have acquired or where you have attained in life, one wrong association can bring you down to zero. This is the meaning of today's anchor scripture. The people in the ship lost their belongings because one wrong man was in the ship with them. Someone said "Your friendship is your life-ship." So, who do you carry along in your ship in your life's journey?

TEXT: "And Lot also, which went with Abram, had flocks, and herds, and tents" (Gen 13:5)

One of the secrets of supernatural increase drawn from the life of Isaac in today's anchor scripture is right association. A man can enjoy any blessing from God by keeping right association. A wise man said: "The company you keep determines what accompanies you." Who you follow, beloved, determines what follows you. If you want to be blessed, associate yourself with the blessed. "And Lot also, which went with Abram, had flocks, and herds, and tents." He was blessed not because he loved sowing alone, but because he associated himself with Abraham the blessed.
