ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD

Romans 8:31

Whenever the devil throws something at us, we need not lose hope. In fact, we can be sure that God will turn it around for our greater blessing because He is for us.

When God first made man, He gave man dominion over everything on earth. (Genesis 1:26)

21 WORDS OF WISDOM FOR THE WEEK

Ø Instead of giving up on a person, give that person to God.

Ø The more Christ’s love grows in us, the more His love flows from us.

Ø God speaks to those who take time to listen.

Ø Our troubles seem smaller when we remember the Greatness of the Lord.

Ø It is easier to build a boy than to mend a man.

Ø 7 days without studying Bible makes one weak.

Ø God doesn’t comfort us just to make us comfortable but to make us comforters.

Ø Don’t take tomorrow to bed with you.

Ø You start going down when you stop looking up.

Ø  Trials test Trust.

Ø  Those who do not learn from mistakes tend to repeat them.

FIX YOUR HEART ON HIM

HEBREWS 3:1

Five times in Scriptures the word 'fix' is used by God to give us direction. God gives us a clear direction to keep our focus fixed upon His will; for us to permanently maintain our focus, our center of attention, firmly on God.

1. Deuteronomy 11:18 (NIV) Fix these words of mine in your hearts and minds.

Here, we are admonishes to keep our hearts and minds, our intellect and the very fiber of our being, always feasting on the word of God, constantly meditating on His word and doing His will.

2 .Proverbs 4:24-31 (NIV). Fix your gaze directly before you. Make level paths for your feet and take only ways that are firm. Do not swerve to the right or the left; keep your foot from evil.

This verse cautions us to keep our direction on the right path, to follow only His ways, to not be side-tracked by distractions, but to stay on the firm path of the King’s highway.

21 WORDS OF WISDOM FOR THE WEEK.

Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding (Prov.4:7). There are 21 words for your meditation this week. Pick three each day and digest them until they become parts of you.

·       1. Nobody is a total failure if he dares to try again. So you are not a failure if you understand that success is a failure-turned-inside out.

·        2.If you are lonely it’s because you built walls around yourself instead of bridges.

·         3.So much has been given to me, so I have no time to ponder over that which I have been denied.

·        4. Wait for what you know and convinced that will not wait for you.

·        5. You will never get a busy signal on the prayer line to God. So call Him at all times.
